If you have questions regarding a particular use of one of our products, contact your physician or herbal practitioner

How fast will the order arrive?:
- Since many of our products are customized according to
your requests, we ask that you allow a few days for us to prepare your order. We will ship all in stock and prepared
products as soon as possible.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and
refund the amount of the particular item from your order.
Payment:
- We accept MasterCard and Visa through Paypal.
If you prefer not to use Paypal, just give us a call to place your order by phone and we can process your payment through
our store terminal.
Shipping & Handling:
- We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail.

Returns:
- Due to the consumable and sterile nature of our products, there are
no returns on any herbal or body care items.
- Contact us immediately if there is an error or you are dissatisfied
with your order for any reason. If you must return an item due to an error on our part, we will include your return
shipping costs in any credit issued.
- Prior authorization
is required for all returns and must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.
